OPPORTUNITIES for ARTISTS
There are numerous ways artists can get involved with the Galesburg Community Arts Center, including participating in any of our annual, open-call exhibitions; selling work in our gift shop; or teaching classes or workshops with us in our education department!

We encourage you to submit your work to either of our two annual, open-call exhibitions:
GALEX (juried, nationally competitive, held in the winter/spring); and
MEMBERS + FRIENDS (juried, regional, held in the fall)

DONATE HANDMADE BOWLS or EXTRA ART SUPPLIES!
For our annual Great Bowls of Soup fundraiser, we are always in need of hand-crafted bowl donations from area or regional artists! Bowls may be ceramic, glass, fiber, or wood. All artists who donate bowls will be featured on social media, and business cards will be included with each bowl. Let us know if you are willing to donate (any number of bowls is acceptable)!
Have extra art supplies lying around that you never end up using? Contact our education department to coordinate a drop-off, and we’ll put those supplies to use in our kids activities, adult workshops, and senior studios!
