Digital Entry Instructions for Studios Midwest 2008
Digital Entry works best with Firefox web browser, to download a free copy of Firefox visit www.mozilla.com. If you choose not to use Firefox please read the Internet Explorer instructions below.
To begin please click on the Pay Now link below. This link will direct you to PayPal, where you will be able to pay your entry fee securely with a credit card or PayPal account. After you have completed the entry fee payment, click to return to the Galesburg Civic Art Center link on the payment confirmation page and this will direct you to the entry form. Here you will fill out the necessary information and click submit. At this time your e-mail program should pop-up with the form as an outgoing e-mail. Please attach your five (5) images and send the e-mail. Please make sure your images comply with the guidelines in the program description. If they do not, your application will not be reviewed or may not be delivered to our server due to size. To complete your application, the individual writing your letter of reference will need to mail it to Studios Midwest directly. The letter of reference may be e-mailed to studiosmidwest@galesburgarts.org. The subject line should read Reference for: Your Name or snail mail to Galesburg Civic Art Center, 114 East Main Street, Galesburg, IL 61401. Your name is to be clearly marked in the lower left hand corner of the envelope. Internet Explorer Instructions: Some versions of Internet Explorer will automatically e-mail the form without allowing you the opportunity to attach your images. If this happens, continue with e-mailing the form. When complete, send a new e-mail to studiosmidwest@galesburgarts.org with Images Your Name in the subject line, then attach your five (5) images to the e-mail and send.
